Try this workout for a bit of fun and to get a sick pump ! It won’t let you down.

All exercises are to be done with a 1-2 second pause at the peak of the contraction.

Cable Preacher Curls

*Supersetted with*

Overhead Tricep Extensions – 4 Sets of 10 (25% Drop Set on last set)

Seated Incline DB Curls With A Twist – 4 Sets of 10

Emphasise turning your hand towards the ceiling and imagine you are trying to get your little finger as close as you can to your delt. Squeeze at the top.

One Arm Cable Pushdowns – 4 Sets of 10

With your free hand, grab on to the cable tower for support and to allow you to completely focus on the tricep that is being worked.

Hammer Curls – 3 Sets of 12

Again imagine you are trying to get your little finger as close as you can to your delt. Squeeze at the top.

Rope Curls – 3 Sets of 12

Skull Crushers – 3 Sets of 15

Herc Curls – 3 sets of 15 with a 1 second pause at the top of the contraction

Set the cable to shoulder height, grab the handle pulley and contract your bicep as if you are showing someone your guns ! Bring your fist towards the back of your head.
